Every person who accesses this website assumes the role of a USER, committing to the strict observance and compliance of the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.

The provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party outside of it.

The Portal access service includes links that may lead the user to other sites and web pages managed by third parties, over which The Clarity System® exercises no control. In these cases, The Clarity System® acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of the LSSICE. However, in compliance with articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, and actively collaborates in the removal or, as the case may be, blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order.

For the resolution of all controversies or issues related to this website or the activities developed on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the courts of the place where the consumer or user has their habitual residence shall be competent to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
